After signing the contract, we’ll have a meeting to review the job opening details. Then we’ll manage the hiring process on our own until we’ve identified the top candidates for you to interview.

We handle the entire process from drafting the job description to making the final job offer. You or someone from your team will need to be available to conduct the final interviews.

Not a problem. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss the role responsibilities and help you determine the appropriate job title.

The cost is $1,100 per job title. If you have multiple openings under the same job title, we still only charge this flat fee.

Many other recruiting companies charge between 15% to 25% of the new hire’s first year salary.

If a hired candidate quits or is terminated within the first 30 days, we will assist with replacing them at no extra charge.
